• Cerda were instructed to promote a Green Belt site in an edge-of-settlement location in a rural village, through preparation of representations and attendance at examination-in-pubic of the local plan.
• Successfully securing removal from the Green Belt as part of a wider strategic site. further representations were made to the allocation concept plan prepared by the local planning authority seeking to maximise value for the client
• A full planning application was subsequently submitted and permission secured for 149 dwellings.
