- Cerda advised client of the sites planning prospects and worked closely with the architect, landscape, tree and ecology consultants to ensure a suitable scheme was submitted to the LPA for consideration.
- Advised on BNG prior to the mandatory 10% gain, to achieve a net loss in accordance with BCC policy. Careful choice of trees to be removed (all of which were TPO’d) with justification and new planting scheme actually resulted in a net gain for BNG.
- Planning permission granted under delegated powers within 4 months for 4, 4 bedroom dwellings which fit perfectly into their surroundings.
